- **Depart from Pakse** — Your driver picks you up in Pakse and heads south along the Mekong toward Champasak.
- **Wat Phou** (UNESCO Temple · Self Visit) — The pre-Angkorian Khmer temple rising up the hillside above the plain, one of the great historic sites of Laos. Take your time on the terraces and the climb to the sanctuary.
- **Return to Pakse via Champasak** — Drive back north along the Mekong through Champasak, then on to your hotel in Pakse.

A small deposit secures the booking. It's refundable up to 30 days before departure, less a $15 administration fee. Within 30 days of departure the deposit is non-refundable.
